The EA Swing HG is the higher-security, taller derivative of our speed gate model, with high glass panel wings configurable up to 1800 mm above floor level.
Designed to prevent both people from hurdling over and the passing of items, the EA Swing HG is available with passage widths from 550 mm to 900 mm, making this a DDA-compliant security speed gate for wheelchair access.
Both the height of the wings and the passage width can be exactly specified to suit your building or secure entrance application, with the EA Swing HG wings as standard are manufactured from safety-tempered glass. They’re also available in polycarbonate or metal tube construction.
Operation and security
- Compatible with most access control systems (card readers, biometrics, etc.)
- Can be configured as normally closed or normally open, depending on operational needs
- Automatic opening on fire alarm for emergency egress
- On power loss, wings open via backup battery, returning to normal when power is restored
