The EA Swing Lane Compact is an elegant and sophisticated access control solution, designed with a slim cabinet and illuminated edges. It operates on the swing-open principle: when a user approaches and is authorised from either side, the glass (or optional plastic) barrier wings open smoothly in the required direction to allow entry or exit.
This Compact model provides all the advantages of the standard EA Swing Lane but within a much slimmer 110 mm wide housing, making it ideal for locations where space is limited but a high-quality speed lane is still required.
How does the EA Swing Lane Compact Speed Gate work?
The unit can operate as normally closed (wings close until authorised) or normally open (wings remain open until unauthorised entry is attempted), depending on your preferred security level. Shoulder-height wings are also available if increased deterrent value is needed.
The stylish glass top panels (black or white) incorporate LED direction indicators and space for most card reader types. The drive system is a long-life, low-maintenance brushless motor, suitable for continuous daily use.
