About the Glass-Pass Turnstile
EA’s Glass-Pass security turnstiles are designed for spaces which require a higher degree of security and prevention of tailgating. Glass-Pass is designed for un-attended access-controlled applications for facilities such as gym and club membership areas, as well as any building which has busy yet secure zones within them.
Design features
A full height glass turnstile, Glass-Pass has been created on the principle of a traditional rotary security turnstile with the difference being the use of rotating glass wings rather than metal rods. The design of the Glass-Pass is heavier in mass with a closed back, making it more secure than waist height turnstiles while providing the same security protection as a traditional full height rotary turnstile. Just with far superior aesthetics.
To suit different aesthetics, the Glass-Pass turnstile comes in (304) brushed stainless steel as standard, or the option of polished (316) stainless steel.
Features and benefits of the EA Glass-Pass Turnstile
Simple to use
Glass-Pass is controlled by a purpose-made controller, single phase supply, via an inverter-controlled output to a 3-phase motor. Easily configurable for all standard program modes such as no passage time outs and free exit and entry loops.
Greater security
Only allow access to specific areas for authorised individuals through Glass-Pass’s robust control or entry and exit points.
Integration
Integrate the Glass-Pass with various identification systems including key cards, biometrics and PIN codes.
Control pedestrian flow
The sturdy design ensures uninterrupted operations with up to 20 pedestrians per minute able to pass through when in free access mode.
